Swim for Fitness and Compete
After the stroke technique classes you can join the Swim for Fitness group (kuntouintiryhmä) or the Cetus Masters team. The Swim for Fitness group meets weekly to work on stroke technique, turns and distance swimming techniques as well as practice various drills. The Masters team has practice sessions every weeknight, but you can decide how often (1–5 times per week) you want to train.
